Making exercises
I would like to be able to search on exercises created by ourselves who has created what. as it it not always easy to find what exercise I have made compared to other colleagues

Hi Sophie, thanks for raising this.
Part of this is already there. In the Creator, open the My Exercises tab in the exercise library. It lists the exercises you and your team have made.
Each card there has a small label. “creator” means you made it, and “shared” means it has been shared with your team. So a card that only says “shared” was made by one of your colleagues.
What you can’t do yet is see which colleague made a shared exercise, or search and filter the list by who created it. There’s more on your own exercises in our help article Creating and managing Exercises.
So we understand what would help most, could you tell us a bit more:
Would a simple “Made by me” and “Made by my team” filter be enough, or do you need to see each colleague’s name?
If names would help, would you want them shown on each exercise card, or to search by a colleague’s name?
Roughly how many exercises does your team have in My Exercises at the moment?

Hi Cloudia,
Thanks for explaining how the ‘Creator’ and ‘Shared’ labels work.
Being able to see each colleague’s name would be most helpful. A ‘Made by my team’ filter would still leave us with a broad list to look through.
Ideally, I’d like the creator’s name shown on each exercise card and the option to search or filter by name. Searching by name would be the most useful of the two. If I know a particular colleague filmed an exercise, I could quickly narrow the results down to the exercises they’ve uploaded.
I don’t have an exact count to hand, but we already have a large number of shared exercises in My Exercises, and we’re regularly filming and uploading more.
Kind regards,
Sophie
