add the ability to rename templates and make our own templates

    Hi Kamara,

    You can fully customise your email templates (though they aren’t “renamed” as separate templates in the same way as exercises).

    Here’s how to make them your own:

    • Go to Account > Account & Organisation > Customise

    • Pick the email type (e.g. exercise programme, appointment confirmation)

    • Edit the content, add links, and personalise wording to suit your brand

      For appointments specifically:

    • Go to Account > Appointments > Appointment Types

    • Edit a type and customise its confirmation/reminder emails

    • You can tailor each one differently and use merge tags (e.g. name, time, links)

      So while you don’t rename templates, you can customise each email type or appointment type to behave like your own templates.
