Re Occurring Appointments
I have clients that book in on weekly, bi weekly, 3, 4 weekly at the same day and same time, I have to go through week by week and input them manually at the moment, it would be a good idea to select re-occurring for 12 weeks or 20 weeks for example

Hi Richard,
Good news - you can already do this, using a Class Block appointment type.
Despite the name, a Class Block isn’t only for group classes. Set it to one participant and hide it from public booking and it becomes a recurring series of one-to-one appointments, all booked in one go at the same day and time.
In the Diary, click the slot you want to start from and pick your Class Block appointment type.
Set the block start date, then the recurrence underneath: Every 1 Week for weekly, or step it up to 2, 3 or 4 Weeks, and tick the day it should land on. Every appointment in the series is created in one go.
How many appointments the block creates comes from the appointment type itself. Under Account > Appointments > Appointment Types, edit your Class Block type and set Series Count to 12 or 20 - and Maximum participants to 1 if it’s a one-to-one. You can go up to 30 in a block.
If one week needs to shift, you can move that single appointment in the diary without touching the rest of the block.
One thing to flag: Class Blocks need the Group Bookings add-on switched on under Account > Subscription. If you haven’t got it, we can put a free two-week trial on your account so you can try it before deciding.
