Good news - this one already exists. It is called Class Block Bookings, and it was built for exactly this: a recurring series of group sessions, like a six-week Pilates course, that clients book and pay for in one go rather than session by session.
First, make sure the Group Bookings add-on is switched on for your account, under Account > Subscription > View/Change Subscription.
Then go to Account > Appointments > Appointment types and click New appointment type.
In the Meeting Type dropdown, choose Class Block.
From there you give the block a name (Pilates - 6 Week Block, for example), and set the session length, the number of participants, the total price and how many sessions are in the series.
Then add it to your diary, choose the start date and the recurrence (weekly for six weeks, say), and shift any individual week that needs to move. Clients book and pay for the whole block in one go through your booking portal, and you can either invite specific clients or leave it open for public booking.

Hi Rhianon,

The full walkthrough is in the help centre article “Introducing Class Block Bookings in Rehab Guru: Streamline Recurring Group Sessions”.
If that is not quite what you had in mind, tell me how you would picture it working and I will take another look.
