Good news: the chat bubble has now been removed from the web app, so it won’t sit over the Creator while you build programmes any more. If you still see it, refresh the page once.
Support is still at the bottom of the left-hand menu, as in the screenshot in my earlier reply. When we reply to you, a red number now shows on it until you’ve read the message.
Thanks again for raising this, it’s made the Creator easier to use for everyone.

Hi Fiona,
Thanks for flagging this. The chat bubble sitting over the Creator is something we’ve already picked up, and we’re in the process of removing it from the web app, so it won’t get in your way while you build programmes.
If you ever do need to get hold of us once it’s gone, you’ll still find us under Support at the bottom of the left-hand menu:
