Clients choose any practitioner to see appointment availabiility
When in booking portal clients chose an option of ‘any practitioner’ rather than a named practitioner to see how they are allocated to. Many other appointment softwares have this option

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for the suggestion - it would help us to understand how you would envision this to work in practice?
Would the selection of which practitioner the booking is assigned to, be dependant on a randomised process, or with priority for certain practitioners, or based on clinician load? Or something else?

I guess our clinic doesn’t have 2 practitioners working at the same time so clients would book directly into the appointment at their time preference.
If there were 2 appointments at the same time I guess it could be randomised on then the client had choice
